Fees and Refund Policy

Fees are payable by the term. Students who have not paid their fees by the due date may forfeit their place in the class to a child on the waiting list and will not be able to participate in the end of year concert. Enrolment in the class is a commitment for the term. To maintain a position in the class, every week must be paid for. We often have a waiting list for classes therefore, no refunds or credits will be given for missed lessons. By prior arrangement only, payment may be made fortnightly. If you are withdrawing from a class or making any changes to your enrolment information, you must notify us before the term commences. Otherwise you will be invoiced in full and no ammendments to the invoice amount owing will be made once the term begins. Concert costume instalments can not be refunded after Term 2.

Student Codes and Ethics

It is a condition of enrolment at Kristen’s Dance Studio that all students acknowledge and abide by the code of ethics as listed below: 1. Students will treat all teachers and fellow students with respect. 2. Students will endeavour to work to the best of their ability. 3. No harassment of any kind – verbal, physical, emotional or sexual will be tolerated by students or teachers. 4. Proper dance uniform will be worn to class, including appropriate grooming of hair. Failure to abide by this code could result in students losing their place at the school.

1. Kristen’s Dance Studio may record sound and/or vision of me whilst I am taking part in dance school activities. 2. I give permission to Kristen’s Dance Studio to use my sound, vision and/or my name for: a) Display of school activities on Kristen’s Dance Studio newsletters, websites, Facebook and Instagram accounts; b) Promoting and advertising of Kristen’s Dance Studio c) Any commercial purpose 3. I agree that the sound/vision can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned. 4. I have legal authority to grant these permissions and I accept all responsibility for such.
